Floral patterns – whether cultural or simply decorative – appear all around my home, holding both a personal and familial significance. Like a metaphor, these patterns carry memories and meanings, both conscious and unconscious. Exploring inherited patterns means confronting the complexity of these connections, and reflecting on how they continue to unfold. Through both self-reflection and within my practice, I often find myself in a cycle of curiosity, care, and hesitation.
